- Check the existing software version
- Backup .bak the database from existing server by using Net2 Configuration Utility.
- Stop the existing Net2 Server Services or Shutdown the Server or disconnect the server network connection.
- Download the latest software version from the link http://paxton.info/1438
- Install it into a new server then restore the .bak database
- Now ready to initiate the door controllers so make ready for the primary door left open.
- Go to Net2 Configuration Utility, you should see all the IP controllers under TCP/IP controller.
- Select them and hit update the firmware this will take 3-4 mins all the doors will be not responded.
- Go to Net2 software and confirm the controllers are online – complete the migration.
