Factory Defaulting the system

1. Keypad plug into the panel using engineer lead
2. Press & hold the reset button then power up
3. 1234 engineer default code

Setting up the Panel

1. Commissioning Jumper ON
2. Plug the keypad engineer lead into panel (red black,yellow,blue)
3. EXP 1 should show when the commission Jumper ON
4. Learn the devices
5. To learn the keypad YES or ticked in the Learn Device then remove the eng lead
6. Yes to learn the keypad
7. Confirm the Keypad engineer code 1234 then go to engineer utils confirm devices
8. Tick RKP>1 and EXP>1

Smart Com Setup

1. Engineer code then Option 7 – UDL/Digi Options – Press YES
2. Option – 8 Com Port Setup – Press YES
3. Press YES – Onboard Digicom – Nothing Fitted
4. Press NO – Com Port 1 Nothing Fitted
5. Scroll up then select SmartCom – Press YES
6. Press YES – Com Port 1 SmartCom
7. Press NO – Com Port 2 Nothing Fitted
8. Press 4 – to select ComIP Module – Press YES
9. Press Menu – Com Port Setup
10. then Menu again

Setup UDL Password

1. Option 7 – UDL/Digi Option then YES
2. Option 5 – UDL Options then YES
3. Option 4 – UDL Password  – Press NO to edit
4. Enter UDL password 4321 then YES
5. Press YES – then Press Menu

Configure the Panel for Texecom Connect

1. Option 7 – UDL/Digi Options then YES
2. Option 3 – Program Digi – YES
3. Press NO – ARC 1 Protocol Disabled
4. Press 7 – to select Texecom Connect then YES
5. Press Menu

Enabling the Texecom Connect App

1. Option 7 – UDL/Digi Options then YES
2. Option 4 – Enable Texecom Connect App then YES
3. The system should generate the App Code: xxxxxx
